Android 13 is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball Z universe. He first appears in the seventh Dragon Ball Z movie, "Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13!".
Android 13 is an android created by Dr. Gero's computer to seek revenge on Goku for defeating the Red Ribbon Army. He is initially presented as a blue-skinned, relatively unassuming android.
